Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing & Vendor Coordination Executive to efficiently manage marketing material production, vendor coordination, and payments

– Coordinate with multiple vendors for marketing material production, compare rates, and choose the best option.
– Maintain and manage all marketing materials at all Shivam Autozone locations
– Track and maintain monthly expense reports for all vendors, event expenses, and petty cash payments.
– Collaborate with the Accounts Team on vendor payment issues, GST matters, and banking transactions (cheques, NEFTs, etc.).
– Obtain necessary approvals and signatures from the Management on significant vendor bills.
– Maintain records and photos of all locations and employee engagement activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination role or similar position.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Handle & qualify incoming leads from various portals & capturing customer details.
  • Updating the lead status on CRM & LQS
  • Meet daily targets for bookings, SQL conversions, & appointments.
  • Prioritize, follow up, and update lead statuses in CRM/LQ
  • Escalate HOT/WARM leads to Relationship Managers (RMs/SRMs).
  • Coordinate with RMs for feedback and next steps.
  • Share daily summary reports highlighting customer requirements.

    Basic Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize Google My Business listings, posts, and customer reviews
– Plan and execute WhatsApp, SMS, and Email marketing campaigns
– Build and segment customer databases; track and improve campaign performance
– Perform basic on-page and technical SEO for the website
– Conduct keyword research and optimize website content
– Coordinate with developers for website updates

* Ensure regular posting as per content calendar
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for smooth execution
* Make appealing power point presentations

Qualification:

• Check and forward leads to respective channels and verticals on WhatsApp and mail
• Assigning Sales leads on ZOHO CRM and check lead updation
• Check Mails and forward relevant mails to respective departments
• Check and take reverts on forwarded leads
• Maintaining all channel and Vertical wise lead data in excel for all Marketing Digital Sources
• Updating feedback in respective data excel sheets
• Attending Incoming call leads on Marketing AI number and forward if there any enquiry.
• Generating daily & weekly reports for Hyperlocal & other Digital sources leads
• Sanity check of all Digital Assets
• Willing to work on Sundays & Regional/ Festive Holidays & avail comp-off
