Position- Telecaller
Location- Kandivali

  • Handle & qualify incoming leads from various portals & capturing customer details.
  • Updating the lead status on CRM & LQS
  • Meet daily targets for bookings, SQL conversions, & appointments.
  • Prioritize, follow up, and update lead statuses in CRM/LQ
  • Escalate HOT/WARM leads to Relationship Managers (RMs/SRMs).
  • Coordinate with RMs for feedback and next steps.
  • Share daily summary reports highlighting customer requirements.

    Basic Skills Required:
  • Good Communication & Customer handling Skills
  • CRM Knowledge – Basic understanding of CRM or lead management tools
  • Graduation in any stream

1+ year experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred

Role Summary
We’re looking for a social-media-native professional who is curious, creative, and plugged into trends. Someone who understands culture, humour, and timing—and can turn everyday moments in an auto brand into engaging content people actually enjoy.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Content & Creativity
• Create engaging content ideas (reels, posts, stories, captions) aligned with brand tone
• Bring humour, relatability, and freshness to automotive content
• Spot content opportunities from workshops, showrooms, events, and daily brand life
2. Trend & Platform Awareness
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, and platform changes
• Adapt trends smartly for the brand (not forced or copy-paste)
• Understand what works differently on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
3. Execution & Consistency
• Ensure regular posting as per content calendar
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual storytelling
• Make appealing power point presentations
4. Community Engagement
• Actively engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in a friendly, brand-safe manner
• Understand audience sentiment and feed insights back to the team
• Assist with influencer marketing campaigns & collabs to amplify the brand’s reach and visibility.
5. Performance Awareness
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
• Learn from what works and continuously improve content quality

3 years Automobile Diploma Mandatory

1 year as Service Advisor or Bodyshop Advisor

* Assigning Sales leads on ZOHO CRM and check lead updation
* Check Mails and forward relevant mails to respecive departments
* Check and take reverts on forwarded leads
* Maintaining all channel and Vertical wise lead data in excel for all Marketing Sources
* Updating feedbacks in respective data excel sheets
* Attending Incoming call leads on Marketing AI number and forward if there any enquiry.
