Shivam Namaste: How a Simple Greeting Became Part of Our Culture

Every relationship begins with a moment. Sometimes, it is a conversation. Sometimes, it is a helping hand. And sometimes, it is simply two words that make someone feel welcome. At Shivam Autozone, those two words are Shivam Namaste — a greeting that has grown beyond a way of saying hello to become a reflection of who we are, how we work, and how we believe people should be treated.
What Is Shivam Namaste?
A Namaste is a traditional greeting that carries warmth and respect. We gave ours a name and made it a shared habit. Shivam Namaste is our way of spreading smiles with miles. It is how we welcome customers on phone calls, in emails, and when they walk into our showrooms and service centres.
The message is simple: You are welcome here, and we are glad to have you with us.
Why a Greeting Matters
A car is a big decision, and even a routine service visit can feel stressful. Being greeted warmly in the first few seconds changes how the rest of the conversation goes. People remember how they were made to feel more than what was said.
We believe the smallest gestures often leave the biggest impression, and Shivam Namaste is our reminder of that.
At Shivam Autozone, we believe that the customer experience is shaped by the little things we do consistently. Shivam Namaste is a small gesture that carries a bigger promise: to make every person feel valued.
Rooted in Our Journey
Shivam Autozone began its journey on 3 July 2011 with an authorised Maruti Suzuki service centre in Charkop, Kandivali — before expanding into car sales. That beginning shaped an important belief: relationships are built through the way you look after people, long after the first interaction.
